    In this challenge we will explore simple ways to incorporate a Yogi lifestyle into your daily routine, to benefit your everyday life, help you feel strong & flexible, balanced, relaxed, healthy, happy, help you manage stress & develop a deeper mind/body connection.

    The goal of a Yogi lifestyle is to encourage you to live mindfully, becoming aware of your attitudes, habits & general way of life and move towards a life where you feel balanced, happy and healthy.

    This isn’t a one-size-fits-all diet plan, this is using Yogic philosophy, mindful eating, joyful cooking, recipes & Ayurveda to help you take care of & listen to your body.

  • Sleep Like a Yogi

    How do Yogis sleep? With one eye open - the eye of awareness! Develop an evening routine that helps you unwind & prepare for deep rest. Yoga Nidra is the perfect antidote to stress, anxiety & over-stimulation.

  • Love Like a Yogi

    It all starts with you. Using Yogic philosophy to develop a sustainable & healthy relationship with yourself. Feel confident to live and speak your truth whilst developing clear & honest communication.

  • Live Like a Yogi

    No, you don’t need to cut yourself off from society for this one! Whilst the physical practice strengthens our bodies, a regular Meditation practice will further allow you to master your mind. Helping you to regulate your emotions, stabilise & clarify your mind, boost creativity & increase feelings of happiness. The Meditation sessions are suitable for everyone - even if you are new to Meditation!

  • The Challenge

    During this challenge, you will receive a practice every day, for 21 days. These will be a mixture of videos, writing exercises/journal prompts & self-study. Each video will be no longer than 20 minutes, allowing you to fit them easily around your busy schedule.

  • Delve deeper into Yoga Philosophy

    We will be embracing The Yamas & Niyamas from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras during this challenge. These guidelines form the foundation of our practice and help support us on & off the mat.

  • Reduce Stress & Find Relaxation

    Live like a Yogi - incorporate more stress relieving poses & Yoga Nidra into your routine & make self-care a priority.

  • Develop your Personal Practice

    Each week, you will receive 3 physical (asana) videos to practice, allowing you to practice what you need, when you need it. The classes are themes as below:

    Find balance, gentle movement & breathwork

    REVITALISE

    Energising movements - a great addition to your morning routine

    RELAX

    A Yin style class, with slow paced movements & a focus inwards.
