    This is NOT a get-abs-quick/summer body programme. This is not a brutal workout.

    This is a programme which will support you for life. This course will help you develop functional strength in your core muscles to help you undertake everyday activities and futureproof your life. It will also help you to develop a more positive, motivated mindset which will help you manage stress & anxiety much more effectively.

  • How will I develop strong core muscles?

    Through core-strengthening Yoga poses and Pranayama (breathing exercises). The Yoga poses are suitable for all levels, we start at the beginning so please don’t feel intimidated by the physical part of the course.

    Every action, movement, thought & intention comes from the very centre of our being - literally speaking from our core muscles & metaphorically speaking from our centre.

    When we are down on ourselves, it affects every part of our lives. We often hold ourselves back without realising, by staying stuck in old habits and a negative mindset. This negative mindset can lead to low self-esteem, low self-worth and low self-confidence.

  • How will I develop this inner strength?

    Through using Mindfulness Meditation, Positive Affirmations, Mantra Meditation, Metta (Loving Kindness) Meditation & self-reflection. We will cover all of these Meditations either in the live sessions, or in the weekly pre-recorded sessions, so you can choose which one works best for you.
